How does checkout work?
Choose the product and available option you want, review the quantity in your bag, then continue to our Shopify-hosted checkout. Review the full order total, shipping charge, applicable taxes and delivery address before submitting payment. Available shipping and payment options depend on the order and destination.
An order confirmation is a record of your order; it is not a shipping confirmation. Keep your order number for any questions about your purchase.
How do orders and delivery work?
For products supplied by our supplier partners, the supplier ships directly to the customer's delivery address. Products from different suppliers can arrive in separate packages. Product availability, processing times and delivery options can vary by item and destination.
Review the delivery information on the product page and in checkout, together with our shipping policy. If an item has no stated delivery estimate and you need it by a particular date, contact us before ordering. Do not assume that every product has the same delivery time or qualifies for free shipping.

These estimates apply to the listed products and describe typical time before shipment, not arrival dates. Carrier transit is additional, and timing can vary.
Where can I find tracking?
When shipment tracking is available, use the tracking details associated with your order to follow that shipment. Separate packages can have separate tracking numbers. An order confirmation alone does not mean that a package has been handed to a carrier.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to request a cancellation or change. A request is not a confirmation of cancellation; an order may already be in processing or shipment.
Review our return and refund policy and any product-specific conditions before ordering. Eligibility, exclusions and return-shipping charges can depend on the item and supplier. Contact us for instructions before sending an item back.
