Using Main & More
Main & More operates the online store at mainandmore.shop. We sell general merchandise and work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Some items ship directly from those partners. Main & More is your contact for order support.
Products, prices and orders
Before placing an order, review the product description, selected options, quantity, delivery address, and total shown at checkout. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Product prices, availability, shipping charges and applicable taxes for future orders may change. We will contact you if a stock, pricing or order-information issue affects an order you placed; these Terms do not authorize an additional charge without your agreement.
Shipping and order questions
Shipping options and charges shown at checkout apply to your order. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately. See our Shipping policy for details. Contact us promptly if you need help with an order or delivery. A request to change or cancel an order is not itself confirmation that the order has changed or been canceled.
Returns, refunds and claims
Our Refund policy explains the return-request process, order-problem claims, authorization and any product-specific conditions. Please contact Main & More before sending merchandise back. A return request does not automatically authorize a return or refund. Terms and return offers applicable when an earlier order was placed are not replaced retroactively by a less favorable later policy.
Privacy and customer accounts
See our Privacy policy for information about personal data. Keep account credentials private. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details in a support message.
Your rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Applicable legal requirements take priority where they conflict with these Terms.
